Auum Contest and Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Organizer
This contest is organized by Auum, the company behind the Auum solution (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
Article 2 – Purpose
As part of its user satisfaction survey, Auum is organizing a free prize draw and a referral program for users of the Auum solution.
Article 3 – Eligibility
The contest is open to any individual who:

is at least 18 years old;
-
uses an Auum solution within their company; and
-
has completed the satisfaction survey distributed by Auum.
Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase.
Only one entry per person is permitted throughout the duration of the promotion.
Article 4 – Promotion Period
The contest runs from June 20, 2026 through December 31, 2026, inclusive.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Article 5 – Contest Rules
Anyone who completes the satisfaction survey in full will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
At the end of the promotion, 10 participants will be randomly selected.
Each winner will receive:
A gift box containing six personalized Auum glasses with custom engraving.
Winners will be contacted directly by email by the Auum team.
If a winner does not respond within a reasonable period of time, Auum reserves the right to select another winner.
Article 6 – Referral Program
Participants may, if they wish, recommend a company that may be interested in the Auum solution.
Following the referral, a member of the Auum team will contact the referrer to obtain additional information about the recommended company.
If the referral results in the signing of an Auum rental agreement:
The referrer will receive:

A €100 gift card.
The referred company will receive:
-
Two months of free rental payments on its Auum contract.
Rewards will only be granted after the rental agreement has been officially signed between Auum and the referred company.
Only one reward may be granted for each referred company that signs a contract.
Article 7 – Personal Data
The personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used exclusively to:

administer the contest;
-
contact the winners;
-
manage the referral program;
-
improve the services offered by Auum.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Auum Privacy Policy.
Article 8 – Liability
Auum shall not be held liable in the event of:
-
Internet network failures;
-
inability to contact a winner;
-
force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the proper operation of the promotion.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel all or part of the promotion if circumstances so require.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the contest and the referral program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
